Operators seek to put Mexico on the sustainable path
The largest highway infrastructure operators in Mexico such as Aleatica, Marhnos and Pinfra, among others, are beginning to lead the country towards road safety strategies, with a sustainable approach, which has generated the creation of projects in communities such as schools, hospitals, spaces that reduce accidents and polluting emissions from this sector.

Marhnos, another highway concessionaire in the country, also highlights the importance of creating sustainable infrastructure that triggers community projects and small industries around these projects.
"In all the projects we have in Mexico there is always a development vision, the Villahermosa Bypass, the Guadalajara-Colima highway have important connectivity effects, another additional value that we bring to the community by having assets available for issues logistics that generate efficiencies," said Sandro Testelli, director of Marhnos Guatemala.
He stressed that in order to take the highways of Mexico and the Latin-American region into the future, it will be necessary to bet on technological development, education and social programs, which return in a virtuous sustainable impact.
