Infraestructura Hospitalaria del Estado de México S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “MARHNOS”) with address atLafayette No. 40, Col. Nueva Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED.
The personal data collected is the following:
- Name
- Workplace
- Captured images of every person who enters the Tlalnepantla Regional Hospital of the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico and Municipalities (Instituto de Seguridad Social del Estado de México y Municipios, in spanish).
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.
The Personal Data in possession of "MARHNOS" will be used for the following purposes:
- Process and attend to requests for Services.
- Maintain traceability in Service Requests made to the User Service Center, in order to always maintain quality standards in the provision of services.
- Security and vigilance
LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The owners may limit or deny the use of their personal data, through an email to operacioninfrasocial@marhnos.com.mx, , or written notification at Lafayette No. 40, Col. Nueva Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, in Mexico City, within a period of 5 (five) days following their collection.
TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA.
The personal data collected may be transmitted to the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico and Municipalities for the purpose of verifying compliance with the provision of the Services by "MARHNOS".
REQUEST FOR ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND/OR OPPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT (HEREINAFTER, “ARCO REQUEST”)
All personal data is treated in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in possession of individuals and the current applicable legislation, therefore, the holders of personal data have at all times the right to access the personal data that "MARHNOS” possess and to the details of the treatment of the same, as well as to rectify them in case of being inaccurate or incomplete, or cancel them when they turn out to be excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their obtaining; and oppose their treatment.
MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND/OR OPPOSITION)
To initiate an "ARCO Request", the owner of the personal data must submit a written request addressed to our Department of Personal Data electronically at: operacioninfrasocial@marhnos.com.mx, , or written notification at Lafayette No. 40, Col. Nueva Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, in Mexico City; containing the following information:
- Name(s) and surnames of the holder and his legal representative, if applicable.
- Address of the holder or email address to communicate response to request.
- Documents proving identity or authorization to represent you in the application.
- Description of personal data on which it is intended to exercise any ARCO Request right.
- Any other element that allows the location of personal data and attention to the request.
- Signature of the holder, or of his legal representative, if applicable.
MEANS TO REVOKE CONSENT
- At any time, the owners may request the revocation of the consent granted to "MARHNOS" to process their personal data by sending a written request addressed to our Department of Personal Data to the email: operacioninfrasocial@marhnos.com.mx, or by sending a written notification Lafayette No. 40, Col. Nueva Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, in Mexico City, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., clearly detailing the data with respect to which you revoke your consent.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice may be modified at any time to comply with legislative updates, jurisprudence, internal policies, new requirements for the provision of "MARHNOS" services, or any other cause at the sole discretion of "MARHNOS".
