The Web Site Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions following detailed, define and regulate the relations and obligations between Marhnos and the User, which data shall be exposed in the Site from time to time. Marhnos and the User agree to abide with the compliance and execution of the present Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions to the provisions of the following clauses:
1. CONTENT. The Web Site Content has an exclusive informative purpose and should not be construed as the indication of future results. The application and impact of the laws may vary widely pursuant the relevant facts. According to the changing nature of laws, ordinances and regulations, and the inherent risks of electronic communication, delays, omissions or inaccuracies may exist in the Web Site information. Therefore, the Web Site information is provided understanding that Marhnos or the authors and editors are neither supplying nor being committed to the legal, accounting, fiscal, financial services supply, nor to any other kind of professional advisory and services, nor to the sale, marketing or distribution of any product, and that such information is not offered as a provision of any of the services aforementioned.
Notwithstanding that we have made our best effort to assure that the information contained in the Web Site has been obtained from reliable sources, Marhnos is neither responsible for any error or omission, nor for the outcome obtained from the use of this information. All the information contained in the Web Site is given "as it is", with no warrantee of integrity, express or implied, including, among other, compliance, marketability, and sufficiency warrantee for a particular purpose. In no case, Marhnos, its related societies or corporations, nor its partners, agents, or employees shall be responsible before you or any other person for any decision or measure adopted, relying in the Web Site information, nor for any damage, direct or indirect, special, or similar, including when it was notified regarding the possibility to suffer such damages.
2. USE AND RESTRICTIONS. The Web Site use expresses the full adhesion without reserves to the present Content and Privacy Terms. Through the Web Site, the User shall access and/or use several services and contents (hereinafter referred to as the "Services and Contents"), at the disposition of the Users by Marhnos and/or its subsidiaries, and affiliated, and/or by third suppliers of Services and Contents. Marhnos shall have the right to deny, restrain or condition the access to the Web Site to the User, totally or partially, at its sole discretion, as well as to modify the Web Site Services and Contents, at any time and with no need of a previous notice. The User hereby acknowledges that not all the Services and Contents are available in all geographic areas and that part of the Services and Contents may be used only after the User's previous inscription or registry. Marhnos neither warrantees the availability and continuity of the Web Site and the Services and Contents operation, nor the Web Site or the Services and Contents usefulness regarding any specific activity. Marhnos shall not be responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever that may be caused for the lack of availability or continuity of the Web Site and/or the Services and Contents operation.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The rights and intellectual property regarding the Services and Contents and the distinctive signs and domains of the Web Site, as well as the use and exploitation rights thereof, including its disclosure, publication, reproduction distribution and transformation, are the exclusive property of Marhnos. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights for the simple use of the Web Site Services and Contents and at no time, such use shall be deemed as an authorization nor a license to use the Services and Contents with different purposes to those considered under the present Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions.
4. THIRD PARTIES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The User agrees that the dispositions under clause 3 above referred, regarding the title of Marhnos' rights, are also applicable to third parties' rights regarding the Services and Contents of the pages linked to the Web Site.
5. PERMITTED USES. The profitability of the Web Site Services and Contents is the User's exclusive responsibility, who in all cases should use them according to the performances allowed in the very Web Site and to the authorized uses in the present Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions, therefore, the User is obliged to use them in such manner not breaching the use rules in Internet, the laws of the United Mexican States and the legislation in force in the country where the User is when using them, the moral conventions and the dignity of the person and thirds rights. The Web Site is for personal use of the User and therefore it may not market in any manner the Services and Contents.
6. PROHIBITIONS. The User has neither the right to place hyperlinks to and from the Web Site, nor the right to place and use the Services and Contents of the Web Site in sites or pages owned by it or by thirds without the previous written authorization by Marhnos. Likewise, the User has the right neither to limit nor to prevent any other User the use of the Web Site.
7. PROPERTY AND SERVICES OT THIRDS LINKED. Certain links at the Web Site connect to other Internet sites maintained by third parties upon which Marhnos has no control and do not constitute in any manner any recommendation or suggestion. Marhnos does not make any representations regarding the accuracy in any aspect of the information contained in other Internet sites.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY. Marhnos is hereby obliged to keep in confidentiality the information it receives from the User having such character as per the applicable legal dispositions in the United Mexican States. Marhnos does not assume any obligation to keep confidential any other information the User provides it, whether when subscribing to the Web Site or at a subsequent time, including such information the User provides through bulletins, boards, or chats on line, as well as the information Marhnos gets through the Cookies described in clause 10.
9. USE OF NON-CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. By using the Web Site, the User hereby authorizes Marhnos to use, publish, reproduce, disclose, publicly communicate, and broadcast the non-confidential information, pursuant article 109 of the Copyrights Law, Fraction I, and article 76 bis of the Consumer's Protection Federal Law.
10. COOKIES. The User having access to the Web Site agrees to receive the Cookies transmitted by Marhnos' servers. "Cookie" means certain data file stored in the hard disk of the User's computer when it accesses the Web Site. Cookies may contain information such as the identification submitted by the User or information to track the pages the User has visited. A Cookie neither can read the data or information of the User's hard disk nor read the Cookies created by other sites or pages.
11. AMENDMENTS. Marhnos shall have the right to amend at any time the Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the User should read carefully the Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions each time it pretends to use the Web Site. Certain Services and Contents offered to the Users and/or through the Web Site are subject to owned particular conditions that substitute, complete and/or modify the Content, Use and Privacy Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Particular Conditions"). Therefore, the User should also read carefully the relevant Particular Conditions before accessing to any Services and Contents.
12. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. For the interpretation, compliance and execution of the present Agreement, the parties agree that the federal laws of the United Mexican States and the competent Courts of Mexico City, Federal District shall apply, resigning expressly to any other venue or jurisdiction that might correspond them because of their present or future domiciles.

Our goal is to keep your trust when handling your personal information. As Marhnos' customer, you have the opportunity to choose between the products we offer, knowing that your personal information shall be protected.
The safety of your personal information is our priority. We protect this information by keeping electronic, physical, and proceeding protections in compliance with the applicable legislation. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. When using other services suppliers, we demand them to protect the confidentiality of the personal information they receive.
