Our Projects

Anzalduas International Bridge

With a large infrastructure, it is capable of providing an agile and safe service to 3,000 vehicles annually along its 2,558 km. It consists of two accesses, north, and south, of almost 10 km, as well as a border port. Its concession contemplated 2.5 years of construction and 28.5 of operation, maintenance, and conservation, which began in 2009.

Villahermosa Bypass

Banobras concession includes maintenance, installation, and management of the Intelligent Traffic System (ITS), generating a workforce of 165 workers.

Guadalajara – Colima Highway

With 148 kilometers in length, it passes through the municipalities of Jalisco and Colima. It generates more than 500 direct and indirect jobs. This makes it a pillar in the livelihood of the inhabitants of the area it covers. We service an average of 8,900 vehicles monthly, providing 24-hour assistance.

Regional Hospital of Tlalnepantla ISSEMYM

Second Level Hospital was developed for the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico and Municipalities (ISSEMyM), through a 25-year contract. This hospital has the Award for the Best Financial Scheme of the Year 2011, awarded by Project Finance magazine, and is the first social infrastructure project that has a LEED Silver certificate of leadership in environmental and energy design.

High Specialty Regional Hospital of Ciudad Victoria

Third Level Hospital developed for the Ministry of Health, has 24,470 m² of construction, houses more than 189 beds, 40 specialty offices, and six surgery rooms. In addition, it was recognized as the Best Financial Scheme of the Year 2009, by Project Finance magazine, the Euromoney Group, and the World Bank.

Palin - Escuintla Highway

Under the SiVA brand, we have operated and maintained the only world-class highway in Guatemala for more than two decades, offering a 22.8-kilometer asphalt road in perfect condition, timely signaling, and road safety with the lowest toll rate per kilometer in Latin America.

High-Performance Schools

Project for the Ministry of Education that consists of the design, financing, construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance of 3 high-performance schools (COAR, acronym in Spanish) located in the central area of Peru. The complementary services of these projects include accommodation, food, cleaning, laundry, and security, for 300 students per school, in an area of approximately 48 thousand m², while the State focuses on what matters most: the management and quality of education and pedagogical services.

Judicial City in Reyes Mantecon, Oaxaca

Project of a set of 14 administrative buildings with more than 100,000 square meters of construction that house the offices of the judicial power and part of the executive power of Oaxaca. Obtaining and structuring the project represented an investment amount for marhnos® of more than 1.8 billion pesos.

Juan Carlos De la Concha


For more than 30 years, he has participated in the foundation, operation, administration and consulting of companies in Mexico and South America, within the sectors of: infrastructure, renewable energy, financial, administrative and legal services. He is a graduate of Architecture and Urbanism at the Iberoamerican University and participated in an academic exchange plan with the University of California, Los Angeles, UCLA.
