History

Over 70 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development, marhnos® has evolved to meet the challenges and seize opportunities to Build Well-Being in the communities where we operate. Here is a brief tour of the most important moments of the company:

2021

The international presence is expanded to the United States with multifamily projects, and to Peru with the construction of High-Performance Schools.

2011

Completed multifamily projects in Mexico City, standing out: Boscoso, Altuz San Angel, Aristoteles 321, Legaria 94, Vista Lagos and María Ribera.

2009

Designs, builds, and starts the operation of the High Specialty Regional Hospital of Ciudad Victoria, in Tamaulipas, under a Public-Private Partnership scheme.

2008

Builds the Judicial City in Reyes Mantecon, Oaxaca, under a Public-Private Partnership scheme.

1998

The concession for the operation and maintenance of the Palin - Escuintla Highway, in Guatemala, begins as the first project of this type in the Central American country.

1989

Builds the Reynosa-Pharr International Bridge.

1974

Builds around 1,500 INFONAVIT houses in the Azcapotzalco Unit and Pedregal de Carrasco unit complexes.

1961

marhnos® wins the competition to build the headquarters of the United States Embassy in Mexico, located on Paseo de la Reforma, which consolidates it as one of the main companies in the national market.

1954

The brothers Nicolás and Mariano Mariscal Barroso founded marhnos®, SA, their first contract being the cladding of the façade of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
